Research On Post-assessment Of Hydraulic Engineering Project

Hydraulic engineering project post-assessment is the extension of management for hydraulic engineering project, being an essential stage of management cycle of hydraulic engineering project. Secondly, this thesis introduces the content and method, feature and significance of hydraulic engineering project post-assessment, difference between post-assessment and pre-assessment, detailed analysis on the index comparison method for hydraulic project post-assessment and pre-assessment and post-assessment currency inflation processing method, giving concrete suggestions for post-assessment currency inflation processing method. Thirdly, this thesis introduces the hydraulic engineering project benefit post-assessment, emphasizes the concrete content of the hydraulic engineering project national economy post-assessment, and brings forward the author's own opinion about correlation parameter, evaluation index system, shadow price, cost and benefit calculating of national economy evaluation. In succession, it introduces the hydraulic engineering project impact post-assessment, stressing at analyzing the content of environmental impact post-assessment, emphasizing to improve the environmental protection level of hydraulic engineering project of the country, so as to realize the sustainable development of hydraulic engineering. Specific research is done on Wangwu Irrigation Area water saving renovation project of Longkou, Yantai. Besides, aiming at the present situation of the organizational framework of the national hydraulic engineering project post-assessment, this thesis puts forward tentative plan and suggestions for perfecting the hydraulic engineering project post-assessment of the country.The importance and significance of this thesis firstly lies in putting forward the index comparison method for hydraulic project post-assessment and pre-assessment and post-assessment currency inflation processing method; secondly is to emphasize the importance of hydraulic project environmental impact evaluation, and put forward tentative plan and suggestions for setting up Chinese hydraulic engineering project institution; lastly the thesis offers references for the future hydraulic engineering project post-assessment of Yantai through an introduction of water saving reform project of Wangwu Irrigation Area, Longkou.
