With the continuous release of the effects of multiple policies on the real estate market,the competition is becoming more and more fierce.To survive and develop,real estate development companies have to continuously innovate in the development model and system management,which comply with the market's continuous reform and development.Post-project evaluation in project management is an important management tool that plays an important role.Through comparing the economic and technical indicators produced in the practical project development process with the economic estimates and predicted results before project development,the differences between the two are found out.Through analysis and inspection of the project to achieve the expected target,the cause of the deviation is identified and analyzed.To sum up,on the one hand,it is judged whether the development of the project is successful,and on the other hand,the accumulation of experience provides real data support for future project development and promotes the long-term development of the company.This article combines the project of L residential community in Huainan City,analyzes the whole process of the project,including design,construction and sales,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and comprehensively evaluates the L residential community project.It can provide reference and help for the future projects.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First,the background and significance of the research are briefly described.Subsequently,based on detailed investigation of the project,the main construction content and scale,investment,and sales of the L residential community in Huainan City were introduced.Chapter ? Summarizes Evaluation of Project Investment and Financial Management,Marketing Management,Design Management,Project Management,Cost Management,Contract Management,etc.Through the assessment,it was found that the overall development and management of the L residential community project progressed stably,with significant economic and social benefits.In the process of project development,there are also some problems that cannot be ignored.By summarizing project experience and existing deficiencies,we propose countermeasures and suggestions.
