Analysis On The Acquisition And Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Socialized Agricultural Machinery Services

The central document No.1 of 2019 pointed out that the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is the core of the Party's work.To consolidate the good situation of developing agriculture and rural areas,we must play the role of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" ballast stone.In the process of agricultural production modernization,agricultural machinery socialization service plays an important role.In the process of agricultural production modernization,the socialized service of agricultural machinery plays an important role.With the development of rural urbanization,the large transfer of agricultural labor force,especially the loss of young people's labor force,so that the smooth and timely completion of rural agricultural production has become the first problem to be solved.Based on the field investigation data of Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the acquisition of socialized service of farmers ' agricultural machinery by using the binary Probit model,that is,the factors that affect the farmers 'ability to obtain and obtain the socialized service of agricultural machinery directly,and through the analysis of 1080 households with different endowment characteristics,the results show that the rice planting area Hiring agricultural service teams,farmers from township locations and farmers ' age,education level and so on have a significant positive impact on the socialization of agricultural machinery services,the study also found that the degree of land shredding has a significant negative impact on farmers' direct access to agricultural machinery services,mountain farmers are less likely to have access to agricultural machinery services than farmers in plain areas.At the same time,this paper also use binary Probit model to compare and analyze the socialized service of farmers 'agricultural machinery in the four links of machine tillage,machine insertion,machine collection and drying,and the results show that the education level of farmers has a significant positive effect on the machine tillage,the collection and drying of four links,compared with the plain area,The hilly area has a significant negative effect on the acquisition of socialized service of agricultural machinery in machine tillage and machine interpolation,but it has a significant positive effect on the acquisition of agricultural machinery service in the Machine collection link.On the basis of this study,in view of the current situation of the development of agricultural machinery socialization service in China and drawing lessons from the relevant experience of foreign agricultural machinery socialization service,several policy suggestions are put forward.Strengthen land circulation to promote large-scale rice planting:set up professional agricultural machinery service team,provide efficient and high-quality agricultural machinery service: set up agricultural professional cooperatives,provide various agricultural machinery clothing nearby,conform to the development of the times,innovate a variety of agricultural management methods,increase the research and development of agricultural machinery,improve the universality of agricultural machinery.
