The Research Of Our Agriculture Economy Growing Route Under The Dualistic Economy Structure

Traditional theories of dualistic economy consider that the agriculture developments and the earning raise of agriculture labourers in developing countries depend on the continuously transferring of surplus labourers from agriculture department to modern industry department. It's deduction process is following: the great difference in earning between the two departments derived from much lower productivity of agriculture compared with that of industry department will attract mass of labourers to transfer from agriculture to industry department. And finally, along with the transferring of surplus labourers the agriculture productivity will be enhanced. But in fact the surplus labourers could not freely transfer to industry department without any holdbacks. It will be rigidly restricted by several factors. On the other hand, the continuously transferring of surplus labourers from agriculture to industry is just a necessary condition and will not surely lead to steady development of agriculture department. Just only outflow of the inefficient labourers from agriculture can not change the total situation with lower technique, less capital and languid development in agriculture.So the author considers that the outflow of inefficient labourers and the input of capital and technique are two inseparable aspects for agriculture economy development. However, our agriculture's realistic developing situation indicates that not only are there so many surplus labourers to be transferred but also it can not acquire enough capital and technique supports it needs all by itself. And it must have to depend on external support viz. the support from industry department. In view of this, the article build a model of dualistic economy development with endogenetic technique on the basis of economic increasing and dualistic economy theories to analyse the balanced conditions by which the surplus labourers of agriculture can be transferred successfully and on this condition to discuss the great function on agriculture development derived from the capital support and technique amelioration out of industry department, further more, to educe the dynamic route of agriculture developing with the existence of not only surplus labourers to be transferred but also the capital support and technique amelioration from industry. Besides, the article makes more efforts to analyse the significances and contribution shares of surplus labourers transfer, capital input and technique advancement to agriculture development from the view of demonstration. And finally, on the basis of discussing the present characteristics and practical problems of agriculture development, the article gives some relevant answers or proposals.
