An Empirical Study Of The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Force With The County's Economic Development

Since the 16th party's since, our country rural labor transfer work focuses on the development of county economies, the world the experience of other countries also indicated that the development of county economy lies in settling the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" issues, and county economy level of ascension for rural labor force shift also plays a role in promoting. Therefore, this article takes county economic development level and the transfer of rural surplus labor force of the correlation between as research emphases were analyzed. First, based on the analysis of statistics Outlines Shaanxi county economy development and the transfer of rural surplus labor force. Then in the whole country as the main research object, by qualitative and quantitative method, from two aspects get county economy development level and the transfer of rural surplus labor force there is a close relationship between the conclusion. In the fifth part in this paper, we select 83 counties of Shaanxi province as research samples, and application of multi-level principal component analysis, separately from economic development power, industrial structure power and the level of urbanization force in three aspects of Shaanxi counties conducted rank respectively and integrated rank, and combining the actual ranking order and analyzed these three aspects and the transfer of rural surplus labor force the relationship between them. In chapter 5 still applied clustering analysis and multiple linear regression method, the county economy in Shaanxi province absorbing rural surplus labor situation and county economy absorbing rural surplus labor path is analyzed, and draw county economic development four ways:improve the level of urbanization, and increasing agricultural resources endowment and enhance economic vitality and strengthening the government efficiency. In this paper the last part in view of county economy and absorbing rural surplus labor proposed:the urban and rural development, comprehensively promote rural economic development; Strengthen the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the upgrading industries, Speed up the development of private economy and development service economy, promote the development of county economy altogether four policy Suggestions.
