Township construction is an important manifestation of urbanization and economic development in China. However, the constant spreading of construction results in a series of problems, for which it also turns into the main object of the state's macro control. The intensive use of land is the inevitable path to recycling economy and resource-efficient society. The study on dynamics of the intensive use of construction land can help us to understand and interpret the methods and connotation of land intensive use.The thesis, focused on the driving forces of unintensive use of construction land, analyzed problems existing in the township construction, analyzed the dynamics of intensive land use from both positive and negative aspects. Further more, the thesis taking Qianjian district as a precedent, established a model and evaluated the intensive land use level of township construction in Qianjiang district. The purpose of the study is aimed at inhibiting the unintensive-causing driving force, stimulating the maximum driving force of land intensive use, and making the maximum use of land. Based on them, this paper gives suggestions and solutions on land intensive use of township construction. The thesis is made up of six parts:Chapter 1. Preface. In this part the background, the significance, the current condition, the content, the outline, the methods, the technique employed, and relative theories are introduced.Chapter 2. Problems in urbanizationThis chapter mainly introduces the various problems of land resource waste, extensive use of land, and unrational distribution of land at present stage in China.Chapter 3. Dynamics analysis of land intensive use. From the lead to intensive land use factors and prompted intensive land use two factors analyzed intensive land use as a driving force.Chapter 4. Empirical Analysis. Taking Qianjiang district as a precedent, this part sketches out the current state and general situation of construction land in this area. Starting from the facts in this region, this chapter evaluates the land intensive use and the potent in this region, forms a land intensive use and potent evaluation parameter system, selects an evaluation model, and at last this chapter evaluates the dynamics of land intensive use of township construction, and gives suggestion on how to use land intensively in this area.Chapter 5. Solutions to land intensive use of township construction.Through the evaluation on the analysis of dynamics of land intensive use, this chapter brings in a series of practical solutions and suggestions.Chapter 6. Conclusion. This part concludes the whole thesis and appeals to researchers for further research and modification on this issue. |
