The though of Building Harmonious Society was definitely put forwardin the 4th meeting of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Partyof China(CPC) in September in 2004, and in the 5th meeting of the 16thCentral Committee of CPC in October in 2005, passed the 11th Five-yearPlan, in which the Communist Party of China(CPC) take "enlargingemployment continuously" as one of the important goals of the economicand society development, and emphasized that during our harmonioussociety Building we must attach more importance to enlargingemployment,and we must stick to carrying more active employmentpolicies into effect, and we must leave no stone unturned on enlargingemployment. In October in 2006, in the 6th meeting of the 16th CentralCommittee of CPC,our party clearly point out that more sufficient socialemployment is one of goals and tasks of our building harmonioussociety,and emphasize that we will carry out active employment policiesto develop harmonious labour relationship and promote the moreinteractive development between economy and enlarging employment, so wecan see the importance and necessity of solving the employment problemsand doing our best to enlarge employment for building harmonious society.Obviously, employment is the base of people's living, it is a bigeconomic,political and social problem related to reform, development andstabilization. However, during the course of our harmonious societybuilding, only in the field of employment, it has a lot of unharmoniousproblems. This essay is on the strategies of enlarging employment during our harmonious society building, it closely follows our nationalcurrent needs and accords with the long development of our country andconnects with our national conditions.
