Research On The City Land Intensive

At present, China's land resource utilization has many issues such as quick extension about urban scale, unreasonable land structure, low efficiency of land use. In view of China's land reality , how to improve urban land resource utilization is already imminent. Reasonable use of the urban land resources is directly related to regional development and the city's rise and fall. However, reasonable use greatly depends on city land-use intensity. Based on researching and expounding the intensive use of urban land connotation, laws, motives, methods, this paper claim that the prerequisite of intensive use of urban land is a rational urban layout, optimization of urban structure and pleasant living environment, The most intuitive content is high input, high-yield. We also should consider economic, social and ecological benefits of urban land use, so we can achieve a reasonable urban land use.Through the empirical analysis of land use in Yining city, this article constructs the macro-intensive evaluation system of the city's urban land use, and evaluates its useful extent, and it also considered that the city's investment in urban land use, utilization and output results are in a lower lever, so land-use structure has to be further optimized. According to the analysis of the quantitative and qualitative, we believe that we should make great effort at the optimization of land use structure , strengthen land consolidation, strictly implement of the land policy, promote actively land replacement ,and so on. We can build the dynamic monitoring and evaluation system of the city intensive land use by economic, legal and technical methods.
