Under the background of the globalization and regional integration of the world's economy in the 21st century, the global economy turns out to be more colorful and complicated. This dissertation focuses on the adaptability of regional economy in dealing with the changes of the outside economic environment and explores the factors that influence the adjustability of a region's economy. During this regional economy integreting process, whether areas in the big region can make active adjustment, becomes a key actor to the regional constant development. This article tries to base on the theories of regional economics integretion and the relative theory of learning region and regional competition, so that define the inner meaning of zone adjustment ability theory, and analyse every element of the adjustment ability. After a comprehensive analysation, then make a conclusion and suggest some relative polical advice.This paper expatiate the background of putting forward the regional adaptation capacity and how regional economic integration is developed in our country is also introduced in the first place. Subsequently, the definition of regional adaptation capacity is given on the research of relevant literature, and the literature about regional development are expounded from different perspectives; After that four major factors that constitute regional adaptation capacity are concluded, we call the factors are "A layer factors", which including corporation factor, the market for factors of production, market demand factors. By using the method of "factor analysis" on each factor, all the indexes are integrated into several factors and the synthetical scores of "A layer factors" can finally get. Ultimately, by clustering analysis on the synthetical scores of "A layer factors", we get the following results: If the regional adaptation capacity of the nine provinces in the Pan-Pearl-River Region can be divided into three grades respectively as strong, medium and weak, then Guangdong would be the first grade; Hunan, Sichuan, Fujian and Yunnan province belong to the second grade; Guangxi, Guizhou, Jiangxi and Hainan are in the third grade.
