Research On The Tourism Development And Spatial Layout Of Recreational Belt Along Riverfront

The Recreational Belt Along Riverfront (ReBAR) is both a result of the development of riverside cities and urbanization that has been developed to a certain degree and a boost as well as reparation of urbanization. To satisfy the citizen's need of recreation, the facilities, places, and space of recreation has mushroomed along the river. These facilities and places together with the destination of out comers have formed the ReBAR. Simultaneously the citizen's recreational action has spurred the out comers' participation. Based on the study of pioneers and practice, the ReBAR of Lanzhou city is discussed in this thesis.Five parts are included in this thesis:The first part explains the meaning and significance of this research on ReBAR, introduces the newest progress of ReBAR both at home and abroad, also shows the content, innovative points and methods of the research, and introduces the correlates theory of ReBAR.The course of formation of the ReBAR of Lanzhou is discussed in the second part. One reason is the traditional recreation custom of Lanzhou's citizens; in terms of modern reason the urbanization is the fundamental one. And also the consumer demand is the third reason.The third part mainly discusses the location conditions and the tourist resources of the ReBAR of Lanzhou. The scenic spots on the ReBAR of Lanzhou is classified and estimated. Then the recreantion-ists' demand and behavior characteristics and tourist satisfaction is analyzed by questionnaire survey.The fourth part analyzed the development mode of regional tourism of the ReBAR of Lanzhou. Determined the ReBAR of Lanzhou's development pattern is take Yellow River as the axis, take the tourist attraction for the pitch point, the key scenic area is the pivot, special and the feature tourism line is the link, take "(tourist attraction) to proliferate, depth radiation, region linkage, network development" as the strategic pattern. And analyzed ReBAR of Lanzhou's traveling space layout influence factor, then proposed the spatial layout pattern is "one core, one axis, our tourist attractions".The content of part five is mainly about the suggestion of the development of the ReBAR of Lanzhou. The author points out that the government should lead the development of the tourism make the integration strategy, increases the traveling product innovation dynamics, realize marketing integration, and enhance the ecological environment protection.
