In the area of management and economic fields , The quantitative research in the role of Human resources management has been well received attention. Therefore, we can not continue to ignore the problem that Human Resource Management(HRM) activities to the rate of contribution in the economic growth. In this paper, the core of the Human resources management activities are quantified is that the most common production function of labor input in the decomposition . Decompositions are the actual investment of labor and the human resources management amplification factor . Human resources management amplification factor is the role of human resources management.This paper aims at demonstrating the influence of HRM to China's economic growth, through constructing the HRM contribution model. The first three parts which mainly introducts the paper selected topic background and researched significance and its research mentality and methods, understanded and assuranced to the human resources management and its correlation concepts , summarized and induced the domestic and foreign related economical growth theories and the management survey theory research results. In this foundation, The third part is proposed synthesis measure method of the human resources management, this part firstly analyzes the contribution mechanism of the human resources management, then constructs the survey model of the rate of HRM contribution to the economy growth . The fourth part firstly proposes the present situation and the existence questions of human resources management in our country industrial enterprise at present , through accessing and processing of statistical target data in the HRM contribution model ,I estimate the rate of HRM contribution in our country industry economy growth , and obtain the rate of HRM contribution in our country industry during in 1979 - 2002 years . Two aspects analyses are carried on to the measure result:One, change tendency of the rate of HRM contribution is carried on the analysis in our country industry, it is obtained that our country industry's human resource management is in a downward trend as the same as our country industry 's management. Possible explanation is that HRM in general still has not formed a more comprehensive management system, and the work that enterprise has a strategic development and a long-term management is not enough, as our country economic system transformating and information technology changing.Two, the test is carried in the contribution rate of HRM and industrial economic growth. It is further explained that relation is closer in the economical growth and the HRM contribution. Namely, in the year 1979-2002 , between the rate of HRM contribution in our country industry and the industry economy growth has the long-term dynamic equalization relations. In the short-term, the change which the industry economy growth comes factor influence under own and the rate of HRM contribution in our country industry changing. Generally speaking, the growth rate of China's industrial HRM contribution to the economic growth is necessary but not sufficient condition. HRM contributions to the growth rate of industrial added value is that the reason .To some extent, this causal link between the tests corroborated our model is reasonable .Finally unifying the above analysis results, I propose myself suggestions of enhancing HRM contribution which grows in the economy.
