The Study Of Economical Impetus And Mechanism Of Urbanization

This thesis,which is a theoretical research concerning the facts of Shandong Province , will probe into the main force of urbanization course and the mechanism of action to this course. What's more, the thesis will put forward countermeasures and suggestions, so as to be used as a reference to the harmonious development between urbanization and the economy.This thesis has five parts.First part is preface. This part mainly introduces the background, the meaning and the research methods of the topic. Meanwhile, this part briefly reviews and evaluates the research status of the impetus mechanism to urbanization both in China and abroad.The second part is the theoretical base. This part simply introduces and evaluates the relative theories of the impetus mechanism to urbanization, like Dual Structure Theory, Growth Pole Theory, Regional Industry Structural Transformation Theory, Accumulation Economic Principle, etc. And this part probes into the important guide meaning of these relative theories to the research.The third part analyzes the effects of three industries to urbanization development and its action mechanism. This part analyzes the concrete impetus of urbanization and its mechanism of action in the point view of three industries'effects. From the aspects of the support and contribution of agriculture, the third part analyzes the contribution mechanism and the contributing method of surplus elements of agriculture to urbanization. From the aspect of the alternating relation between industrialization and urbanization, this part analyzes the action mechanism of industrialization to urbanization, including regional comparative profit, scale effect, division of labor and specialization, path dependence. From collective effect, external economic effect, diffusion effect and high elasticity of employment of the tertiary industry, this part analyzes the action mechanism of tertiary industry to urbanization. Each section of these parts is the analysis of various industries affecting the impetus mechanism of urbanization based on the facts of Shandong Province.The forth part is the mode construction of the impetus mechanism system of urbanization and analysis from various aspects. This part constructs the mode of impetus mechanism system of urbanization, by analyzing the impetus mechanism of urbanization from three aspects, which includes economy risen (micro aspect), industrial structure transformation (medium aspect), economic elements circulation (macro aspect). The forth part also analyzes the internal and external thrust of the impetus of urbanization from two aspects, including, market mechanism and the interaction between cities and rural area.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to the harmonious development of urbanization and economy, stating from the following aspects: the optimization and elevation of the industrial structure, exerting the kernel effect and subsequent dynamic effect of the secondary and tertiary industries to the urbanization; implementing the organic combination of agricultural industrialization, the urbanization of population and that of countryside, accelerating the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force efficiently and orderly; optimizing urban system spatial distribution, achieving key breakthrough of urbanization and proceeding it step by step by bonding regional central city, meanwhile, promoting system reform, fully introducing market mechanism, accelerating economic elements'circulation, and so on. For all these countermeasures and suggestions, the author means to provide reference for the harmonious development between urbanization and the economy.
