Reserch On The Impetus Mechanism Of Urbanization And Development Countermeasures Of Xintai In Shandong Province

Urbanization is a comprehensive reflection of the level of economic and social development in a country or region, also is the stage of development that must go through to achieve modernization process.In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the new urbanization rises as a new national strategy.At the same time, it points out that the new urbanization is the core of people’s urbanization. Transformation of development goals also means that the development of urbanization requires a new type of development power.For a long time, our country always focus the centre of development on the large and medium cities,and the county urbanization development has been relatively slow. The county unit is the most closely related to the rural economy and the farmers and has the features of low threshold and short path,so promoting the process of urbanization in the county will be the most effective path to narrow the urban-rural gap and overall urban and rural development.Xintai is located in the middle of Shandong province. It is the national economic counties and the third batch of coal resources cities in China.Its urban development is advanced and typical.Through the study of its dynamic mechanism of urbanization,we can provide a reference for relevant departments to make decisions,and also can provi de reference for the urbanization of other same type cities.This study is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the papers research background and significance, study object, research methods and so on,and that can provid the research framework for the following research. The second part defines related concepts and summarizes related research of urbanization at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the time evolution process of urbanization in Xintai and summarizes the characteristics of urban development such as urbanization level, urbanization quality, township development difference, the gap between urban and rural areas.Under the premise of following the basic principle of the dynamic mechanism, the fourth part selects index system to measure the urbanization comprehensive level of Xintai and makes corresponding analysis,on this basis, find out the deep dynamic mechanism of urbanization development in Xintai from the perspective of dynamic factors. The fifth part is based on the previous research summarizes the relevant countermeasures for the development of urbanization in Xintai. The sixth part is the summary of the previous research and the future development of county urbanization.
