Currently, with the globalization of economic development and the internationalization of market competition, Enterprises are facing increasingly complicated market competition in which our traditional advantage of cheap resources and human cost ale disappearing gradually. Therefore, Enterprises are confronted with more and more survival pressure. The fierce competitions make stricter requests in the quality, cost, efficiency, safety, etc. To get a position in the fierce competition, enterprises need to improve the management abilities internally. Meanwhile, it is essential for the enterprises as well to strengthen the one-site management and implement lean management immediately.6S on-site management consisting of Seiri, Seiton、Seiso、 Seikets、 Shitsuke、 Security is originated in Japan, Practice has proved that the implementation of 6S can effectively improve enterprise efficiency, reduce equipment failure rate, ensure delivery on time and safety in production, at the same time improving staff quality and shaping a good enterprise image.This thesis taking A Dyeing Factory as an example analyses the problems in the implementation of 6S and summarizes the experience. According to the present situation and feature of A Dyeing Factory’s management, set up concrete 6S implementary plan and come up with the key point in the various period of the Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikets, Shitsuke, Security, and also establish the evaluating system in order to make evaluation and improvement. In addition, expatiating on the specific procedure, indicating the key point and the problems in the implementation of 6S as well as discussing the optimization plan to make further improvement in on-site management.
