Development And Application Of MES In Printing And Dyeing Workshop Based On RFID

At present, the information construction of printing and dyeing enterprises from the management of the enterprise to perform workshop. Printing and dyeing enterprises actively implement the transformation of information to reduce costs and improve the competitiveness. Some enterprise introduce an ERP system in the management.But the information management of printing and dyeing workshop still lack effective technical means, the first reason is existing data acquisition technology is difficult to solve large amounts of data collection, processing,transmission problems.The second reason is lacking of effective interface between the management system and data acquisition system. It is difficult to achieve workshop real-time visual monitoring and output per man statistics. RFID technology and wireless transmission technology provide a new solution for the information management of printing and dyeing workshop. This paper, according to the specific situation and the actual needs of printing and dyeing workshop,design a MES based on RFID technology to solve the above problems.This paper introduces the production characteristics and business process of printing and dyeing workshop.And analyzes the problems existing in the information management and the functional requirements of the information management system. On the basis of requirements analysis, put forward the solution of printing and dyeing workshop MES based on RFID, including system framework, main content and specific operating procedures.This paper demonstrates the feasibility and advantages of use RFID technology.This paper introduces RFID principle and hardware composition and the configuration method of middle-ware software and the data communication between RFID data acquisition system and client software. This paper designs the functional modules and the database table of the MES of printing and dyeing workshop based on RFID.This paper uses client / server architecture, Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool, C# as the development language, SQL Server 2008 as a database to complete the software development. And introduces the realization of the main function of the system.At last,this paper discusses the important significance to the enterprise information management using printing and dyeing workshop MES based on RFID.
