Enterprise performance evaluation is the premise and the foundation of enterprise management,and is also the core content of enterprise management,the effective evaluation of enterprise performance and measurement,in order to effectively identify the existence of enterprise management problems and defects and shortcomings,in order to provide scientific and reasonable basis for making the management strategy of enterprises the.Especially with the development of China's market economy,enterprises are facing competitive environment continues to change,increasing competitive pressure,on the one hand,due to a slowdown in the pace of economic development,market demand decline and the growth rate slows,inhibited the growth of corporate performance;on the other hand,because of manpower,raw material and land costs have continued to rise.The high cost of business,is facing enormous pressure on the operation.Therefore,based on a case study of a Q enterprise in a chain retail industry in Northeast China,this paper describes and expounds the current situation and problems of its performance evaluation,and builds a performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard.The thesis first briefly described and demonstrated on the source of the subject,the basis for writing,writing the basic situation are introduced and summarized;secondly on business performance based on the Balanced Scorecard evaluation related concepts,connotation,characteristics and significance,basic theories involved in this paper are elaborated;then the basic conditions of Q company on the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion of current situation and existing evaluation on the business performance of the problem;and then use the balanced scorecard from the financial value,customer to build the operating results of Q company evaluation value,internal business process,innovation and development of the four dimensions of the index set based on the right,and set up a scientific and reasonable index of each dimension,so as to establish the hierarchy model of evaluation index;then the Balanced Scorecard Based on the above constructed Q The performance evaluation index system is applied to the practice of Q company's performance evaluation,and the application situation is explained.Finally,the paper summarizes and summarizes the shortcomings of the paper,and envisages the future research prospect.For small and medium enterprises into the performance evaluation system based onbalanced scorecard can make the enterprise strategic target and business performance together,help to make an objective evaluation of the enterprise's business performance,so as to promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
