Research On Intellectual Property Right Protection Mechanism For Science And Technology Achievements Of Agricultural Research Institutions In China

Nowadays, there are many disadvantages in the intellectual property right protection ofagricultural science and technology achievements, and the researches on agriculturalintellectual property right protection are weak in China. Combining the developmentsituation both at home and abroad, focusing on the mechanism of intellectual propertyprotection, this study has detalledly analyzed the problems and reasons in the mechanismof intellectual property fight protection of agricultural science and technology researchachievements in China. On the basis of this, it has put forward measures and suggestionsfor improvement.At the beginning, the research has carefully analyzed the state of the intellectualproperty fight protection of agricultural scientific achievements, the problems and reasonsin protection mechanism, protection systems and measures of agricultural intellectualproperty fight in the typical countries. Through the comparative research, the author hastaken the agricultural research institutions, government and agricultural technology marketas the key research objects by defining their functions and effects in the protectionmechanism, analyzing the disadvantages and conducting detailed research respectively.First, in regard to the agricultural research institutions, the research has analyzed theinterest relationships relevant to agricultural scientific achievements, ascription ofintellectual property fight and construction of protection system, and put forward detailedmeasures for consummation and improvement.Second, by defining the functions and effects of the governments in the intellectualproperty fight protection of agricultural scientific achievements, the paper has conducteddetailed research on the laws and regulations consummation, construction of inspirationmechanism of intellectual property, propagandizing intellectual property right knowledge,culture of management personnel and promotion of agricultural scientific achievementstransformation.Third, in the respect of agricultural technology market, the paper has discussed theeffects of agricultural technology market on the intellectual property protection of theagricultural scientific productions, analyzed the state of agricultural technology market inChina and existing problems in the operation mechanism, and put forward to the measuresfor improvement.Finally, on the basis of the research mentioned above, the author has put forwardrelevant suggestions according to the three key research objects.
