The Influence Of Intellectual Property Protection In Shandong Province On The Export Trade Of Agricultural Products

With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's export trade industry,the development of export trade has become an important way to develop China's economy.In China's export trade,people attention to agricultural products because of it occupied a very important position.The intellectual property protection as an important means of countries contending for trading market,it will also have an effect on China's agricultural products export trade.In view of the fact that Shandong Province is the main province of China,explore the influence of intellectual property protection on the export of agricultural products in Shandong Province,it is helpful to driving force for stimulating the long-term development of China's economy.Therefore,this paper explores the influence of Intellectual property protection for export agricultural trade and gives the policy recommendations.At present,most of the literature on the impact of intellectual property on export trade is concentrated at the national level,and the exploration of intellectual property in Shandong Province is relatively small.Thus,the structure of this paper is as follows: First of all,this paper mainly introduces the domestic and international literature review from two aspects: the impact of intellectual property protection on international trade and intellectual property protection of agricultural products.Specifically,in this paper,by analyzing the present situation of Shandong agricultural product export trade,put forward the agricultural product export trade are faced with the problem,summarizes the current situation of China's agricultural intellectual property rights and the protection of intellectual property rights in Shandong Province.Secondly,the article adopts a quantitative and qualitative analysis method to explore the agricultural intellectual property rights protection in Shandong province impact on export trade in Shandong province.On the one hand,this paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on agricultural exports from four aspects: export trade volume,export trade structure,gains from trade and export market.On the other hand,this article will select degree of intellectual property protection,export trade,human capital and traffic conditions and other indicators to establish a regression model,through the regression analysis there is a positive correlation between the agricultural intellectual property protection and export trade of Shandong province,and further use a panel threshold model to prove the intellectual property protection work on the optimal range of products' export.Above all,this article summarizes the US and EU intellectual property protection strategies,and learn from its advanced experience,combined with the status of intellectual property protection in Shandong Province,put forward some policy suggestions on how to establish a sound intellectual property protection strategy in Shandong Province,improve the quality of agricultural products,improve the standard system of agricultural products,establish a rights institution and improve the legal strictness.The innovation of this paper to study the intellectual property and intellectual property protection in Shandong Province and use the mixed regression model and panel threshold model to analyze the impact of intellectual property protection on export trade of agricultural products in Shandong Province.The shortcomings are that the research on the status quo of intellectual property protection in Shandong Province is too shallow and the econometric model of empirical analysis is relatively simple.The theoretical significance is to enhance the intellectual property protection is conducive to the export of agricultural products and optimize the export market structure in Shandong.The practical significance is to prove that enhance the intellectual property protection have a favorable impact on agricultural exports through the model and provide a few suggestions on strengthen the intellectual property protection in Shandong Province.
