Studt On The Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights And Scientific Research Achievements To Promote In Agricultural College

Intellectual property protection has become the current world economic development and participate in international competition is one of the important conditions of agricultural intellectual property rights is an important part of intellectual property rights system, plays an important role in the national intellectual property system. Agricultural intellectual property protection to improve the agricultural science and technology innovation ability, protecting agricultural ecological security, promoting agricultural development is of great significance. As China agricultural university of main force in basic research and high-tech research in agriculture, has developed a batch of scientific research achievements with independent intellectual property rights. At present, the scope of agricultural intellectual property protection is not very clear, scientific research personnel of intellectual property protection consciousness is not strong enough, pay attention to patent research, look down on other forms of intellectual property rights phenomenon is very common. Therefore, further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of agricultural college, establish a scientific, standardized in respect of intellectual property rights protection system.Problem of the dissemination of the scientific research achievements of agricultural college, involving agricultural science and technology system reform and the future survival and development of agricultural college. According to statistics, every year do most of the scientific research achievements of agricultural colleges in our country were stranded in the laboratory or archives, their production out of agriculture, so it is difficult to form the practice of the productive forces, herefore, China should promote the agricultural colleges to promote scientific research achievements, to speed up the agriculture modernization, and to promote the development of agricultural production.This paper includes the following six chapters. First chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the background and status of the research, expounds the purpose and significance of topics, introduces the research content and research methods, and literature review. The second chapter is the relevant contents of research of this paper, a concept of definition and description of basic theory. The third chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of the protection of intellectual property rights of agricultural college and the existing problems. The fourth chapter through the collected data and descriptive statistical analysis, combined with the typical case study, the problem of intellectual property rights protection of agricultural college in-depth analysis. The fifth chapter comprehensive description analysis and case analysis results of the agricultural college scientific research to promote empirical research. Advice pointed out that our country should combine the protection of intellectual property rights and scientific research management, develop sound policy, and clearly defined property rights belonging to enhance the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel, increase investment in scientific research at the same time, in order to promote the effective promotion of scientific research achievements.
