The Impact Of Government Quality Award System On The Performance Of Chinese Enterprises

Under the background of the new normal state of our country,it is an important direction for China's economic development to realize the "four changes" and promote the efficiency improvement of our enterprises.The government quality award system as an important measure of our country's quality power.In the government's financial and human support,the government quality award system is the general new secretary of the new economic changes in the four directions to contribute.Whether the government quality award system achieves the improvement of business performance is also the subject of this paper.First of all,this article reviews the domestic and foreign research results of government quality award system and corporate performance.It is found that foreign scholars believe that the majority of government quality award system has a positive role in improving corporate performance.The research results of the government quality award system in our country are mostly introduced to the foreign government quality award system,or the theoretical analysis of the quality system of our government,and the research on the performance of the government quality award system is relatively few.Mostly in the use of the questionnaire to obtain second-hand data for descriptive analysis,the lack of the use of scientific measurement model test.Secondly,this paper introduces the status of the running system of the quality system of our country,and reflects the four levels of government quality award system from four aspects: the establishment time of the awards,the frequency of assessment,award quota and award amount.At the same time,this paper analyzes the relationship between the government quality award system and the enterprise performance from the theoretical aspect.Finally,this paper takes the data of the government quality award of the listed companies from 2002 to 2012 to study the eight expected assumptions.It constructs the event research method and the panel data model to verify the government quality award system on the business performance of enterprises.The empirical results show that the quality system of our government has a significant impact on the business performance.China 's government quality award system will help improve the total business income,reduce the cost of sales during the enterprise.However,China's government quality award system is not conducive to improving the total return on assets and the total asset turnover rate.Because the government's quality system has improved the total value of the enterprise's total Assets, affecting the above values.In the characteristics of different enterprises,it is shown that the government's quality award system is more significant than the improvement of the business performance,in the enterprises of the larger scale,the more decentralized the concentration of ownership,the lower the degree of capital concentration and the lower the degree of diversificationBased on the above theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the performance of our government quality system.
