In this thesis I want to study backgrounds, necessary and operation the channel base on the courses of MBA and practice of my work. Mixed-Model is differing from the traditional single marketing model. In this furious competitive IT market, company can't resort single sale model to compete the rival. If IT company want to rapid and perjure increase, it need direct sale and marketing channel. As the special of IT biz, IT marketing channel has the difference of general marketing channel. Later I will analyze the all kinds of IT marketing channel and give some answer of headachy problem. This thesis will give the SWOT of channel and Market entrance model. I am engaged in IT marketing channel several year and I have a lot of document and experience about channel. In the thesis I will talk about establishing management and assessing the channel, and it also discuss the some important topics such as channel inspire, e-Biz. Last I think this article come from practice and I want to give the reader a frame of IT marketing channel.
