A company produce public product, A company chievement can not be always increased year by year. Company may die out if it can not receive continued or health development and adapt changingof new evironment in the competing intense era. Company decide to change main current produce for develping, Card gas meter is got up main produce of company. Company is given rise to research and inquire into marketing channel model of it.Disign new marketing channel model and keeping company continued develpement have important meaning for changing produce and promoting core competition ability of company.This thesis analysises main current marketing channel model and structure of card gas meter industry throuth heoretical summarize and applying history method or contrasting method or diagram methid or heoretical and reality togethering method etc. And analysising A company marketing channel model and defect of it.Designing new marketing channel model and carrying innovating point. The major innovating point in this thesis are new marketing channel model and establishing branch of marketing department and researching branch of card gas meter and establishing producing line of card gas meter and company culture etc.This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part describe background and significance of the sesearch question and research methods and innovation and line of the research and framework of the thesis etc. The second part summarizes constitution and model of marketing channel and establishion of marketing channel model and management of marketing channel etc principles and marketing channel model of card gas meter industry etc. The third part analysises A company survey and product and current condition and managemen of A company marketing channel model etc. The fourth part analysises evidences for design of new marketing channel model and objectives and principles of new marketing channel model designing and thinking and structure of new marketing channel model designing etc. The fifth part discusses process and tactics of new marketing channel model execution and organize guarantee culture guarantee staff guarantee policy guarantee etc. The sixth part is conclusion for this thesis and prospect for future foreground.
