Architechural Design Information Management Research

China has already joined the WTO for five years,along with architectural design market opening to the outside world,the more and more verseas-funded enterprise enters our country.How in this case does the domestic architectural design enterprise obtain the survival and the development in the intense market competition,this already became a realistic question to suspend in front of the domestic architectural design enterprise.This article begins from the analysis architectural design enterprise in the design information management aspect barrier,Unifies the author in the design company's actual situation to propose how realizes the architectural design information management under the informationization condition.Under traditional architectural design condition the design information is very difficult to be integrated, distortion and the loss situation of the information is very common,therefore the "Buiding Information Modeling" theory has been introduced.Under the "Buiding Information Model" condition the designs information Is at the controlled condition.thus guarante the design information prompt, accurate and integrity in collecting,Reorganization and transmission process.Chapter one points out the importance of architectural design information management to the architectural design enterprise's, meanwhile carried on the summary in the informationization research aspect achievement and the case of domestic and foreign.Chapter two has made the description on the traditional architectural design flow,and analyzed the reason that has caused the design information management barrier under the traditional architectural design condition.
