With the self-development and technical innovation of construction industry, the construction industry to further accelerate the development of the shift, began to stress to go green, intelligent building industry, lean and intensive path of sustainable development. The low production efficiency, serious waste of resource, and the value as a whole is on the low side in the industry these problems have always been restricting the sustainable development of construction industry. It is common occurance to see the phenomenon of more engineering chance notice, delayed construction period, cost overrun, inferior quality and even security incidents during the project implementation process, at present construction projects are more and more complex structure, the spatial span is more and more bigger, the enterprise is various, and companies may be distributed in different areas, cause to the problems of communication and exchanges. At the different stages of the total project life cycle will produce large amounts of information, and different departments of the many enterprise requires the support of information, while construction of the traditional communication exist the problems of information distortion and delay, as the development of construction industry needs a new mode of information management.Many scholars agree that future competition is no longer a competition between enterprises, but between supply chains. The success of the supply chain in manufacturing industry, attracted the attention of construction scholars. Many scholars began to apply thought to the construction supply chain, as a whole of upstream and downstream enterprises, through the control of the logistics, cash flow and information flow, realize the value-added of construction enterprises. As the flow of information is the core of the construction supply chain, had decided the fate of the supply chain. With the development of computer technology, the emergence of BIM technology can realize the effective management of construction information. Combine Construction supply chain information sharing with BIM technology, created a platform of communication for the construction industry information, and thus can reduce the waste of resources, shorten the construction period, save costs and improve efficiency of construction projects.The first of this paper introduces the background of the research, summarized the research status of BIM and construction supply chain thought at home and abroad, and provided the problem that why building supply chain information sharing, Then in the second chapter and the third chapter introduces related theory of the BIM respectively, supply chain and construction supply chain, and analyzed the correspond of BIM technology and construction supply chain information management thoughts. The fourth chapter is proposed the basic theory of construction supply chain information sharing and information exchange standard based on BIM, established the information exchange platform that contains resources, exchange of core layer, layer and layer in the field.Chapter V was established building supply chain information sharing model based on BIM, contemplated herein is a contractor and a supplier of building materials secondary building supply chain system, assuming that the contractor needs the kind of building materials in different stages of construction projects of uncertainty, think that the leader is supplier of building materials for the construction supply chain, and contractor is follower at Stackelberg model repeated games. The Contractor will share the demand for building materials at all stages of the information by BIM platform with supplier of building materials, establish different mathematical models with different marginal costs around information sharing and building materials suppliers, under certain conditions, the two sides have been gains increase after information sharing, and finally through numerical analysis proved the correctness of the theory, and then responded to question at beginning.
