| Taking urban spatial structure as an object of study, the paper analyzes deeply the influencing factors of space development. Then, it supplies some references for the government's managing and planning control in order to build sustainable development city space with reasonableness.On the basis of bringing forward the basic concept of urban spatial structure, integrating the principle and studying background, the thesis clarifies aim, meaning and thought of study; brief introduces the relevance research result of home and abroad city space structure and the evolving different pattern, heavy analyzes various composition key elements which affect home and abroad city space structure evolution, including history, natural, administration area, city function and scale economy, population, land, society, technological progress, government policy and so on. The thesis takes Urumqi city as a case study, turns space evolution into a breakthrough point, concludes the characteristics of spaced development and form, analyzes the influencing factors of space development which include natural, industrial structure, price of land, construction of development zone and so on, and finds out 13 factors which affect city space structure and set up index system of evaluation. By regression analysis method, the paper analyzes the relation between each factors and find out bigger weight factors which are X4—downtown area population density , X5—Engel's coefficient, X6-Per capita habitancy land area, X7- Per capita build land area , X10—city non agriculture population X13—public establishment land. Meanwhile build regression equation of use land scale in Urumqi; using gray system model to forecast each factor affects use land scale, finally forecast the trend that future space of development. From geography angle, the paper shows space structure evolution of Urumqi city. It provides reference not only for Urumqi city development but for space coordinated development. |
