FIT has became a fashionable and individual travel style. With the development of our society, the rich experiences of travelling, the increase of the leisure time, the improvement of tour facilities and service quality, FIT becomes the major travel style and possibly takes the place of the tour.group. Especially, as more and more people have private cars and increasing consuming ability for travel, the short-distance tour will be the main way of FIT. Outdoor exercises and special tour are popular among the young, which can't ignore in the expiration of travel. In addition, RV tour is a new phenomenon, and it will be a new way of FIT, which brings the FIT. market a fresh air, though it is just recently emerging in big cities.Compared with tour group, FIT is more free and leisure. In addition, the tourists of FIT are less sensitive about the tour fare. The motivation of FIT tourists is that they hope to have deeply travel experience. The tourists of FIT have high expectation for the travel and wish to pay more tour fare than that of the tour group .FIT has developed so rapidly that the tour authorities and agencies are not ready to deal with it. Obviously, ctrip.com,.elong.com which provide tour service to FIT tourists have achieved a good development and bring huge challenge to traditional tour agencies. Besides, the profit of these nets is huge. Therefore, it's known that FIT market has much room to explore. How to deal with this prospect market and to design the tourism products becomes the question which cannot be ignored.This paper expounds what is FIT, how is it about, and the future of FIT, answering the question of why FIT is popular and what is the source of FIT, discussing the inside value of FIT which is the basis of the service design of it.Based on the analysis of prominent individuation of FIT, the author put forward the way of experience individualized design.Compared to other ways, it is a better way for the design of FIT product, at last,the paper studies FIT with Yangshuo case to apply the theory to practice.
