The essay talks about the influence of math education on thediathesis of financial person, the result of which carrys out on the furthereducation of in-service financial person.The concept of diathesis is simply specified in the first part of thisessay. In the second part, the influence of math education on the diathesisof human being is generally expatiated and the hold-on viewpoint is thatthe rational spirit of math has great meaning to the forming of humanbeing's moral, culture and psychology quality. In the third part, wediscussed the effect of math education on the diathesis of financial person,that is to embody what is talked about in the second part on financialperson. Firstly, the rational spirit of math is the headspring of formulaconsciousness of financial person's moral quality. Secondly, as a kind ofculture, math filters in all the operations of financial person. Thirdly, therational spirit and thinking technique of math can edify financial person'spsychology quality. The fourth part of this essay is of the writer's ownwork, discussing the operations of finance under the understanding ofmath and this is the embodiment of the third part. And following are thetwo main results. First, change the character form of identical equation toalgebra one and verify them. The variety of explaining account bytransforming is in fact to unite the protean account in an algebra, which isvery useful for the understanding and detecting of financial person.Second, we explain the system of finance by postulate method, in whichincluding the systems of stocking and paying by interior financial personand also selling and gathering by them are good for the comprehendingand making of financial rules. The fifth part is the analysis of thepresenting math quality of financial person, and this is based on the questionnaire survey. In order to narrate the origin of financial person'smath quality, the math subjects of whole-day finance majored students arealso introduced. The main conclusion is that the rational spirit of mathidentifies with the moral quality of present financial person. And the mathconsciousness and application ability should be strengthened. In the sixthpart, the math quality education of present financial person is involved.The actuality of math quality education of present financial person's isdescribed. And the writer gains the cognition that the math education isstill not so good. And then the visualization of math education for presentfinancial person is put forward. First the necessary math subject have tobe set up. Then we should explore how to mix up the spirit andknowledge of math inthe math education of financial person.
