In recent years, flowed along with the modern logistics and the supply chainmanagement enormously seep to the medicine profession, our country's medicineorganizational reform also entered the crucial time. The achievements appraisalsystem of it can not only give supply chain management to carry on the strictcalculation and the appraisal, but also instruct the superintendent to carry on theeffective decision-making In order to guarantee the medicine supply chainmanagement's healthy and sustainable development, we should realize that how toscientifically establish the effective performance evaluation of pharmaceutical supplychain management already becomes the problem which urgently needed to solve.This article is in the foundation of research to the domestic and foreign supplychain management and its performance evaluation at present situation, after clearlyrecognized our country's pharmaceutical supply chain management under the presentsituation, it has carried on the performance evaluation to each pitch point enterprise'sachievements, submitted relevant measure suggestion and improved ideas. Furtherunifies each kind of performance evaluation system's merit, in the fuzzy mathematicsrationale, the article has established fuzzy synthesis evaluation model on theperformance evaluation of pharmaceutical supply chain management. At the sametime, the article has carried on the model prototype computation and the evaluationprocess's data simulation, discovers in the current pharmaceutical supply chainmanagement actual operation's root questions and proposes the correlation suggestionmeasure. The article finally will forecast pharmaceutical supply chain management'sfuture policy and performance evaluation.
