Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Research Of Qingdao A Enterprise

As one of hotspot issues in academic circle,supply chain management has reformed the competition pattern from traditional model,which the market competition from individual enterprises has already transformed to supply chain competition.The principle of power-to-power union is applied to the every nodal choice in the system of supply chain,contributing to gather the economic resources that have most market competitive power.The integration of enterprise resources and ability is considered to be harmonious and complement each other,in order to demonstrate overall superiority.Associated with integration of individual core competition from each enterprise,the advantages of general competitive can be enhanced greatly.However,how to ensure get more strengthens by power-and –power union,and how to coordinate benefits between individual enterprise and supply chain,achieving better performance of this combination,are most important concerns of members in supply chain organization.As a result,the comprehensive and systematically research of supply chain management and performance not only benefit to theory academic but also to reality.The performance evaluation in supply chain organization can be considered as a comprehensive evaluation system,refereeing to multi-objects,multi-factors,multi-level.This paper focuses on the synthetic evaluation model according to sematic variable and fuzzy integral.In order to design of performance indicator and evaluation system,the practical studies on logistics,capital flow and information flow in A enterprise,will be introduced.Then,the fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation model of A enterprise will established by evaluating the performance index and the supply chain in A enterprise real performance also will be evaluated.The corresponding evaluation criteria system and method are put forward and studied about the supply chain performance evaluation of A enterprise in this thesis.To make use of the method proposed above in the future,software system of supply chain evaluation for A enterprise is developed which is combined with computer management information system of A enterprise to improve the supply chain management level.From the perspective of a systematic analysis of the role of supply chain performance evaluation in the enterprise and its theoretical background,evaluate the composition,the use of analysis tools.The supply chain performance evaluation index evaluation from the previous expansion of internal evaluation of the overall supply chain to improve the evaluation of supply chain integrity and credibility.Research supplier selection evaluation,vendor selection constructed evaluation methods and evaluation index system from the partnerships and coordination angle.Supply chain performance evaluation is includedqualitative and quantitative indicators of a multi-target,multi-factor,multi-level and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,using the theory of fuzzy mathematics,effectively solve the unified assessment indicators and evaluation systems,qualitative and quantitative indicators adjusted index of integrated multi-dimensional,one-dimensional indicators and other indicators of the problem.The evaluation of the supply chain all the decompose to all businesses with logistics,capital flow,information flow to the three aspects,increasing its versatility,so that each index can greatly improve the contrast.Through analysis and calculation of the indicators for business managers to solve the problem,ahead of the competition provides the basis for improvements.
