The human history has stridden the 21st century. With the progress of science technology and the development of productivity, the client's consumption level has been continually improving. At the same time the client's expectation is continually improving. It requires the product and service to have better quality, greater flexibility, more choices and lower price. In such circs, the enterprise must shorten the time of the product research and development, improve the product quality, reduce the cost and delivery time to continue competition ability. However it is not enough to only depend certain enterprises' power in order to reach the goals. It must effectively conform the interior and exterior resource and make the whole system performance achieve the best on base of collaborating unit performance by collaboration. The concept of supply chain collaboration is brought forward under the background. The enterprise' competition is changing to vary supply chain's competition. At present, the trend has fluctuated traditional performance evaluation ideas and methods aimed at unit enterprise. It seems more and more important to evaluate supply chain collaborative performance and study evaluation system.On base of study harvest of internal/external supply chain collaboration and performance evaluation and supply chain enterprise's practice study, the paper studies index system and fuzzy synthesis evaluation on supply chain collaborative performance. At first, the paper summarizes the study actuality of supply chain performance and supply chain collaborative performance. Then, the paper combines the operational practice of supply chain enterprise to define the concept of supply chain collaborative performance evaluation and follows the principles——aim, realization, system, qualitative and quantitative, universal and developmental, to set up the index system on supply chain collaborative performance evaluation on base of SCOR.
