Study On Designing And Management Of Virtual Industrial Park Of Jiangxi

There are some problems of quantity in the development of Industrial Parks andindustrial enterprise in Jiangxi as weak in foundation and scale, poor conditions.Besides, there are also some structural problems as wrong positioning, levelimbalance and mechanism imperfection. It's anindustrial corporate organization that integrates economic entities via communicationnet and transport net aiming to optimize industrial elements distribution and enhancethe integration of industrialization and Eco-Industry.This paper analysis the status and problems of Industrial Parks and industrialenterprise in Jiangxi via an angle of industries organize and management system. Itdesigns organizing and managing system of VIPs by using these theories. Thefunction of organizing industrial resources and elements of VIP carries into effect byphysical distribution platform, consultant service platform, HR platform, technicalsupport platform, policy platform, investing and financing platform. In order to raisethe efficiency of operating, the managing functions and servicing functions have to beseparated.
