China's e-commerce has sprouted since 1995,and it has been used in less than 20 years.From 2013,it has become the largest online retail market in the world.In 2017,the total volume of e-commerce transactions has reached 29 trillion and 160 billion,employing more than 28 million employees.Among them,the total amount of e-commerce transactions in Quanzhou was over 400 billion yuan,and seventh in the country for three consecutive years.(data source:China Electronic Commerce Research Center)Quanzhou has a profound industrial base,through the industrial park to achieve the agglomeration and integration of the e-commerce industry,so as to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the traditional in Quanzhou.The innovative business model of The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park solves the problem of business registration of Internet merchants without physical management places and helps entrepreneurs reduce the threshold and cost of entrepreneurship.The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park,as a government planning industry,integrates the industrial chain,and promotes the growth of the economic growth base should pay more attention to the needs of the enterprise and improve the satisfaction of the enterprise.Through the enterprise satisfaction survey,to study the influencing factors of enterprise satisfaction,thus enhance the quality of service for industrial park,improve the enterprise satisfaction,attract more high-quality enterprises to enter the path,but also better for the public and to contribute to the society,improve the overall environment in the region.The enterprise satisfaction as the goal of The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park and the relentless pursuit of the evaluation index,the enterprise as a customer,the industrial park itself as a business enterprise,customer service as the core to improve the quality of service industry to infiltrate the idea of decision-making and implementation of the system,has very important significance for improving management quality of The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park and industrial park to enhance the management system.This paper for the past about customer satisfaction and related research achievements on research of industrial park management,combined with the actual situation of The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park electronic retailing enterprise,according to the customer satisfaction model from park image,enterprise expected,its basic conditions,perceived value,complaining and enterprise loyalty six aspects make assumptions,on the basis of the hypothesis factors design The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park electronic retailing enterprise satisfaction influencing factors questionnaire.After a questionnaire,the analysis of the data related to the effective questionnaire in the reliability and validity analysis conclusion based on the questionnaire has the feasibility.Then with the result of questionnaire with SPSS 19.0 software correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.,it is concluded that the conclusion of this study;Finally,put forward the enterprise in the process of actual operation desirable path of ascension.Through the questionnaire data analysis,this paper concluded that factors influencing the satisfaction of The Quanzhou E-businessmen virtual industrial park electronic retailing enterprises have park image,enterprise expected,Business design concept,perceived value,enterprises complain and loyalty.And park image,enterprise expected,Business design concept,perceived value,enterprises complain that several factors and there is significant positive relationship between satisfaction,enterprise satisfaction and there is also a significant positive correlation between corporate loyalty.The influence of the perceived value for enterprise satisfaction is most significant.Based on this,this paper puts forward can pay attention to the image shaping,cater to enterprise is expected to improve their ability,perfect the park infrastructure construction,provides the omni-directional service for the enterprise to improve perceived value and the establishment of complete complaint management system five paths to enhance the satisfaction of the enterprise,while the satisfaction of the enterprise,the enterprise's loyalty nature will also be guaranteed.
