Study On Methods And Strategies Of Knowledge Management In The Software Development Process Of Vipinfo Company

Human society had gone through a stage of the agricultural economy, and now is in the era of the industrial economy and in the transition toward a knowledge-based economy. In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the basic element of competition, and is also a decisive factor. Software industry is a typical representative of the knowledge-based economy. Software development requires plentiful supportive knowledge and also brings a great deal of knowledge. So knowledge management plays an important role in Software enterprises. However, the application of knowledge management in software industry in China is still at an initial stage. Based on the example of Vipinfo Corporation, we mainly study on the application of knowledge management in Vipinfo. The conclusion of this paper has real theoretical significance and application valuable to the development of software enterprises in China.Firstly, the basic concepts, methods and related technologies of knowledge management and software development process are introduced. And then the relation between software development process and knowledge management in software enterprise is also discussed.Secondly, the existing technical and management problems in software development process in Vipinfo are analyzed, and then are further analyzed based on the perspective of explicit and tacit knowledge. Then we determine to make use of the methods of knowledge management to solve above problems in the course of software development.Finally, the technical and management methods of knowledge management in the software development process of Vipinfo are respectively studied and proposed. On the technical level, aim to solve the technical problems of knowledge management in software development process, a series means such as automatic text categorization, process document and knowledge map are applied and super information database of Internet is also utilized, finally a knowledge management system is constructed. On the management level, the management problems of knowledge management in software development process are solved by building relevant human resources management, corporate culture and organizational structure in line with knowledge management and promoting the integration of knowledge management and software development process.
