Study On Sustainable EconoMy DevelopMent Of Shandong Peninsula Urban AggloMerations

In the context of globalized economy and regional integration , urban agglomerations have become the basic geographical unit by which countries and regions around the world participate in the global competition and the international division. Urban agglomerations have grown up in China with the three urban agglomerations of Yangtze River Delta, Zhujiang River Delta and the city of Beijing ,Tianjin and Tangshan representative, but the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations lags behind. Under the background and taking the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations as the typical study region, this thesis analyzes the resources conditions, the actuality of sustainable economy development and problems in existence.Bases on urban agglomerations theory,regional economy theory and sustainable development theory, uses urban agglomerations construction experience at home and abroad for reference, this paper is to explore the approaches for sustainable economy development.The thesis consists of seven parts:In part one, the paper expounds the aim and significance of study, nails down the content and frame,and introduces the main methods of study.In part two, the paper analyses the study status quo of urban agglomerations theory at home and abroad,finds that there is less in-depth study connecting urban agglomerations with regional economy development theory. And there is no special study on sustainable economy development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations. The study background and purpose direct this thesis.In part three, the paper studies on urban agglomerations theory,regional economy theory and sustainable development theory, to provides the theory elements for this thesis.In part four,the paper defines the area coverage of study,analyzes the resources conditions ,the advantages and the potential redounding to the competitiveness enhancement of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations. This is the foundation of economy development.Part five Mainly studies on status quo of sustainable economy development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations about its economy development, attribute orientation of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations, and so on. Through the study above, the paper finds the existing problems and the limiting factors in economy development. With the establishment of Contribution Rate Model of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations,the emphases and directions of this thesis are determined.In part six, the paper studies on urban agglomerations construction experience at home and abroad,analyzes the success of urban agglomerations construction of Yangtze River Delta, Zhujiang River Delta and ones abroad, provides for reference to sustainable economy development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations.Part seven bases on the analysis above, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable economy development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations,includes the administration policies,economy policies,resources and environment policies, population and manpower policies,and so on.The purpose is to realize the harmonious development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations.
