Research On The Spatial Variation And Its Competitiveness Of The Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

The report pointed out that urban agglomeration is the main construction of the urban pattern of coordinated development between small and medium-sized cities and small towns.Economic development,to promote urban agglomerations have become the main body of regional competitiveness,the cultivation and construction of urban agglomerations gradually attracted widespread attention,and the shandong peninsula urban agglomerations as "the fourth pole" of China's economic growth,is the Yangtze river delta after the three urban agglomerations is one of the most has the development potential of urban agglomeration.Along with the change of the economic and social development conditions,current nationwide multiple adjustment alterations in the space of urban agglomeration planning,and the space of shandong peninsula urban agglomerations also appeared many times.Based on shandong peninsula urban agglomeration as an example,this paper analyses the current the actual hinterland range of shandong peninsula urban agglomerations,and emphatically explores the administrative planning of large scale(cities),mesoscale(13 cities),small scale(8 cities of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration economic,social,ecological,radiation and other disciplines competitiveness and innovation,the changes of comprehensive competitiveness,and compared with the national part of the urban agglomeration,finally according to the existing problems in the development of shandong peninsula urban agglomerations put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of optimizing urban agglomeration competitiveness.Based on the collected domestic and foreign research on urban agglomeration spatial scope and the urban competitiveness of related literature,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of shandong peninsula urban agglomerations,first of all,from the night light data and traffic,information,economic and other aspects such as contact,to explore the extent of the hinterland of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration is relatively close to the actual,find the heart of urban agglomeration scope has not expanded to the 17 cities.From the perspective of night light,jinan,Qingdao,zibo,dongying,binzhou,weifang,yantai,weihai,rizhao,linyi 10 cities can be included in the shandong peninsula urban agglomeration;From the perspective of contact,the cities in shandong peninsula city cluster include jinan,Qingdao,zibo,weifang,dongying,yantai,linyi,binzhou,weihai and sunshine.Second from economy,society,innovation,ecology,radiation and so on,to build the urban competitiveness evaluation system,and USES the use frequency of principal component analysis(pca)to measure urban competitiveness,and after analysis and comparison found:(1)2003-2015,large,medium and small scale in shandong peninsula urban agglomerations,small scale urban agglomeration economy,society,innovation,competitiveness and comprehensive competitiveness in the first place,the mesoscale urban agglomeration,large scale urban agglomeration,the weak ecological competition,competition,three different space scale urban agglomeration volatile ranking changes.Compared with some urban agglomerations in China,the small scale shandong peninsula urban agglomeration ranked fourth.Component of competitiveness,the three dimensions of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration economy,society and radiation across the country competitive advantage was not significant,and ecology,innovation,competitiveness has certain advantages,but with the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration there is still a large gap.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the development of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration,the countermeasures to promote the development of urban agglomeration are put forward: the development of the core city is promoted and the hinterland area is expanded.To optimize the spatial structure of urban agglomeration and to give full play to urban functions;From the economic,social,ecological,innovation,radiation and other aspects to enhance the competitiveness of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration.
