Analyzing The Mutual Relation Of The Industrial Cluster And The Regional Competitiveness In Inner Mongolia

Because of the limitation of the resources, how to cultivate the competitive advantage to absorb and get more resources to make a better development and keep it sustainable is a vital issue to the governments. And under this situation, industrial cluster and regional competitiveness become highlights in theoretical research and governments and they clearly say it is an important way to cultivate industrial clusters to develop local economy.This paper uses the method which combinates the criterion research and empirical research,analyzes the relation between the industrial cluster and regional competitiveness systematically to propose the interactive mechanism of them.All of them is for the purpose of revealing the intrinsic essential relation between the industrial cluster and regional competitiveness, to provide the theoretical guide and the analytical frame and further the region competitiveness promotion.This article studies the content including:(1) making an overall introduction and remark on the correlative theory of the domestic and foreign industrial cluster.(2) making an overall introduction and remark on the correlative theory of the domestic and foreign regional competitiveness.(3) starting from the factors which affect the regional competitiveness and the industrial cluster, analyzing the mutual function mechanism of the industrial cluster and the regional competitiveness.(4) starting from the present situation of Inner Mongolia's industrial cluster and regional competitiveness, analyzing the mutual function mechanism of the industrial cluster and the regional competitiveness in Inner Mongolia.(5) conclusion and measure.
