Research On Inner Mongolia's Regional Competitiveness Based On Industrial Cluster

Throughout the domestic and international research on the regional competitiveness,most studies have focused on the single level of competitiveness and is relatively independent of the industry cluster.Therefore seldom of them have researched and clarified the regional competitiveness from the angle of the industry cluster.Industry cluster as the unique space organizing form of industrial can create the competitive advantage and the competitive advantages of groups and the economies scale it have are incomparable with the other forms.Relying on its intemal networks,the industry cluster can improve the rapid development of local economy strongly. In many countries,the local government has enhanced the regional competitiveness by cultivating the local industry cluster.ln the today of the economic globalization,the development of industry clustering has become a global trend of economic development and the industrial cluster have also constituted the basic space framework of the world economy.It can be said that industrial clustering is an important sign of regional competitiveness.The paper is based on the clustering of industries and uses the method which combinates the criterion research and empirical research to analyze the regional competitiveness.All of them is for the purpose of revealing the intrinsic essential relation between the industrial cluster and regional competitiveness,to provide the theoretical guide and the analytical frame for Inner Mongolia and further the regional competitiveness promotion.Firstly,the paper makes an overall summary on the correlative theory of industrial cluster and regional competitiveness both domestic and abroad.Secondly, starting with the factors which affect the regional competitiveness,the paper analyzes the promotion and realization mechanism of industrial cluster to regional competitiveness.
