Multi-scale Evaluation Of GIS Application Research In Construction Land In Gejiu City

Gejiu City is a mountainous resource transformation city.The study of the intensive use of construction land in Gejiu City can help the land resources to be allocated reasonably under the constraints of geographical conditions,and can fulfil special requirements of urban transformation,but also can provide a typical case for other mountainous resource transformation cities.Due to the large amount of complicated data involved in the evaluation of land intensive use,the traditional method is inefficient,and using GIS technology can improve efficiency and accuracy.In summary,it is of great significance to study the level of intensive use of construction land in Gejiu City by using GIS technology.In this paper,the level of intensive use of construction land in Gejiu City is evaluated from two scales of region and city by using GIS technology and database technology.The main contents are as follows:(1)The utilization characteristics of construction land in Gejiu City is analyzed from two scales of region and city,and the evaluation index systems are constructed.(2)In the evaluation of regional scale evaluation,two evaluation methods are selected after comparing the commonly used methods.The attribute data structure and spatial data structure are designed,and the model is realized by using database technology and programming language.At the same time,the artificial neural network model is used to calculate the degree of intensity.The results of the two methods are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are obtained.(3)In the evaluation of urban scale,the attribute data structure and spatial data structure are designed.Using the database technology and ArcGIS Engine 10.1 as the secondary development platform,the functions of model calculation and image checking are designed.(4)The intensive degree of construction land in Gejiu City region is 76.79,and in the evaluation of urban scale,the construction land area which belong to intensive use type accounted for 66.24%.The main factors affecting the level of intensive use of construction land were analyzed and discussed.
