| The intensive use of urban land is significant and far-reaching significance toimprove urban land use efficiency, optimize industrial structure and maintain socialeconomic sustainable development. Since the beginning of the90s of last century, there are lots of researches on land intensive use in China. So far, evaluation scale wasnot considered on current research in selecting evaluation methods. In this paper, in allusion to the deficiency of former study, we study onMulti-Scale Evaluation method on the Intensive Use of Urban construction land. Theresearch including4aspects:(1) The connotation of Multi-scale intensive use ofurban construction land;(2)The evaluation method on marco-scale, local scale andmicro-scale;(3) Taking central city of Jinan as example, this paper verify theappropriate evaluation method on macro-scale and local scale, and analyze theintensive construction land use conditions in study area;(4) Taking China Universityof Geoscience(Beijing) as example, the appropriate evaluation method in micro-scaleis verified. This paper also analyzes the intensive construction land use conditions.Through analogy research, theoretical analysis and empirical validation, we contrast5evaluation methods. The results show that multi-factor comprehensive evaluationmodel is suitable for the research of a variety of scale; Pressure-State-Responsemodel and coordination degree model are appropriate for the study of marco-scale;Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applicable to local scale and micro scaleevaluation. As a case of central city of Jinan, this paper verify the evaluation method onmarco-scale and local scale and obtain the use condition of marco-scale and localscale. The order of intensive use level from high to low are: District Lixia, DistrictLicheng, District Changqing, District Huaiyin, District Tianqiao, District Shizhong; The score of Pressure-State-Response coordination degree from high to low: DistrictLixia, District Licheng, District Changqing, District Huaiyino, District Shizhong,District Tianqiao; The score of intensive degree and coordination degree is consistentbasically. The integrating degree of intensive land use and reasonable utilization is not high on residential zone and Industrial zone in central city of Jinan. This paper takesChina University of Geoscience (Beijing) as example. The micro-scale evaluationmethod is verified. The evaluation results of multi-factor comprehensive evaluationmethod and integrated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and techniquefor order preference by similarity to an Ideal solution is consistent. The results showthat the land use condition in China University of China (Beijing) is not ideal, and itappears excessive intensive condition. The factor is that the index of land per capita isexorbitance intensive, and it is far lower than the national standards. |
