Study On The Strategy Of R&D Industry In Beijing

With the development of knowledge economy and the specific of laboring in the worldwide, the marketability trend of research and development activities is more and more obvious. As a new commodity, technology research production enters into the economic fields. Thus, this trend results in the forming and developing of R&D industry. Beijing, which is the centre of science and technology innovation and high-technology industry in the country, has powerful advantages in R&D industry. The development of this industry is propitious to change the mode of economic increase, step up the capability of economic continual development and the constructing of innovate country. At present, studying the status quo and strategic circumstance as well as laying out the development strategy and policy of Beijing R&D industry have significant academic and practical meanings.At first, this thesis summarizes the research on the theory of R&D industry and industry development strategy, analyzes the trend of R&D industry, and collects the data and information of Beijing R&D resource and distribution in geography. And we analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten of Beijing R&D industry, i.e. SWOT analysis. Then, on both the transverse and lengthways view, this paper evaluates the competence of Beijing R&D industry and demonstrates the level of Beijing R&D industry in the country and every industries within the R&D industry. Using the gene analysis method, we design six dimensionalities to evaluate the comprehensive competence of Beijing R&D industry from interior and exterior aspects. Then, this paper evaluates every industry from technology strength, developing potential, comparative predominance and social effect aspects by comprehensive evaluate method. At last, on basis of these researches, from industry space distribution and fields choice view, this thesis layouts the strategy and gives some policies suggestions of Beijing R&D industry by referencing the theory of classical industry policies and the situation of Beijing.
