| Today, accompany with economy globalization and the market economy maturity, the competition between corporations has been more fiercely, and R&D (research and development) will be the fountain to the enterprise development. We should recognize that how we use the KM (knowledge management) effectively will be the key to the R&D processes.This article has analyzed the present situation foundation of R&D management and the theory related to KM, we think that it is necessary to imply KM in the enterprise R&D processes. Then, in this article, we multi-analysis the knowledge content and the knowledge management characteristic in R&D processes each stage, and tasted to use the structure analytic method——IDEF0 method to establishment the knowledge management model in R&D processes. From this model, we know whether the KM mechanism construct entire and perfect or not is the key to the KM success, therefore, this article proposed the KM movement mechanism model in the R&D processes. Finally, this article has initially constructed in the research and development knowledge management information system, taking the knowledge management mechanism smooth implementation as the technical support.Based on the theory elaboration and the case analysis, this article has analyzed the model rationality, summarized predecessor achievement at the same time, and put forward proposal to the next knowledge management research direction. |
