The Research And Countermeasure Of The Chinese Social Security Fund

This article analyses the current state of the Chinese social security fund and we know that the social security fund has some problems. For example: some government using illegally the social security fund,the speed of aged tendency of population expediting in order to the burden of the retirement pension becoming bigger and bigger,the endowment insurance covering with very small range,the social security fund transfer of peasant-worker being stopped,the system of the hospitalization insurance existing some unfair problems. This article studies correlative literatures and consults international experience. This article gives overall plan about the Chinese social security fund and it also supplies some advice.The whole text has six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, including two parts of researching background and researching aim. The second chapter summarizes interrelated theories of the social security fund. The third chapter analyses the current state of the Chinese social security fund. The fourth chapter analyses the social security fund' managing modes of different countries and we can obtain some revelations from here. The fifth chapter gives overall plan about the Chinese social security fund, including three parts of developing aim,main thought and developing principle. The sixth chapter supplies some advice and countermeasure.
