Study On Core Functions And The Development Differences Of Urban RBD In China

Being a part of the leisure and recreation space of city, Urban RBD is being popular for tourism development of city. In the background of rapid development of urban RBD, it is of great significance to study the core function, the development and relative questions of urban RBD.Based on an synthesis of relative achievements in this field and defining the relative concept, the paper do the research on the core functions of RBD based on the theoretical and empirical research.On the part of theoretical research, firstly, the paper gives the core functions of urban RBD by theoretical inference, and proves the importance of core functions by summing up the development progress and function features of urban RBD of Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Secondly, the paper sum up the function facility of recreation function and business functions for the empirical research in the next part. Finally, the paper analyses the correlation between business function and recreation function for further understanding on the core function of RBD and the empirical research in the next part.On the part of empirical research, the paper takes Oversea Chinese Town RBD of Shenzhen and Tianhe RBD of Guangzhou as examples, and sum up the development modes of this two examples by review the past of them, and definite them as two different type. Then,the paper analyses the difference between the two types on development of core functions by comparative study, and gives the result of difference on functions structure, functions developing priority, functions mutual development and so on, and also gives the result of the internal common characters.
