| Due to the differences in location conditions,historical factors,and resource endowments,different cities have different urban functions.Urban functions,as an important foundation for the rapid development of city,are closely related to the social,economic,cultural development of cities.Economic function is an indispensable role for the further development of city.As China's economic development enters the "New Normal Economy",the economic growth rate is gradually slowing down and the problem of overcapacity is becoming more and more prominent,which make the development of urban functions in cities in Shanxi Province facing many problems.The development of urban outward function is insufficient,the dominant function of the city does not match the current economic development needs and how to achieve regional sustainable development has become a key issue to be solved urgently.From the perspective of urban outward function,this paper uses the location entropy method,the calculation of urban outward function,and the urban flow intensity model to study the urban function of Shanxi Province and the status of urban outbound economic development,to research the urban function changing trend and the development advantages of various industries among different cities,and to reveals the inadequacies of economic development in different regions.Finally,basing on the SPSS software,the factors,affecting urban outward function,were analyzed by PLSR regression analysis.The research found that the outbound economic relations of most cities in 2003-2008 are mainly dominated by the second industry,and the production function has great influence on the development of urban outward function.In 2008-2013,the production functions was further enhanced in many cities.At the same time,the outword functions of science,education,culture function and management service function in most cities also had a significant increase and began to promote the development of urban external service capabilities;the outward function of production function began to decline except Linfen,production function was gradually weakened and the tertiary industry has promoted the increasing capacity of the city's external services.Judging from the level of development of outbound economic relations among the cities,the intensity of urban flow in the province presents a pyramidal development structure and an obvious hierarchical structure.The development of the overall strength of the remaining 10 prefecture-level cities in the province except Taiyuan is always lower than its comprehensive service capacity.In the study of influencing factors,the factors such as economic scale,service industry and consumption level,financial industry circulation capacity,science and technology level and information circulation capacity are the most obvious and basically positive impact on the urban stream intensity of each city.Influencing factors such as industrial structure,industrial agglomeration level,and resource-energy development have better ability to interpret dependent variables.However,due to differences in economic development levels and location conditions among cities,the factors have different effects on different cities.At the same time,tthe terrain has a significant influence on the development of regional leading industries and the development of urban outward functions.With the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure of cities and the improvement of the technical level,the policy factor has always played a guiding role in the economic development and industrial structure of cities in Shanxi Province. |
