Measurement System Analysis(MSA) is an element job required by QS9000. The data is used widely and frequently in the process of the produce quality management, in which all the statistical method are build on the basis of the data. In order to get high quality's data, we need to comprehend fully and analyze deeply measurement system analysis which can produce data. There are compulsory to require measurement system analysis in the quality system of QS9000(or ISO/TS 16964).Some people such as Eagle A.R and Grubbs start to study measurement system by studying the measure error based on the point of stastistical view. In 1972, Mandel put forward measurement system analysis' concept of and calculated method of Repeatability &Reproducibility(R&R). From 1990s, academe and business circles have showed great interest to measurement system, so the training coursees about MSA are welled up constantly. But studying in our country is mostly used for quality engineering management, and its method and principle is not in the round and not systematic from the point of stastistical view., and few people combine Minitab software to study for application. Based on the predecessor's studying, the following has been studied chiefly in this paper:(1) The statistical property and method of measurement system is analyzed systematically by using model of statistic theory;(2) Variable R&R, Attribute R&R, destroy R&R and disperse R&R are analyzed and studied systematically; and combined example, this paper do analysis of demonstration and comparision;(3) Some strategy and methods of improving measurement system are put forward.
