This paper gives a detailed analysis about the content and evaluation methods of measurement system analysis. According to some relevant theories of statistics, we make bias analysis by significance tests in measurement system, stability analysis by control chart method, linearanalysis by linear regression, repeatability and reproducibility analysis by analysis of variance poor use of means method.In the linear analysis, we analyze variation of measurement data through single-factor variance analysis and make the normality test on the model residual. In the repeatability and reproducibility analysis, we demonstrate and compare two methods. The analysis of variance is considered the interaction of the parts of the evaluation and worse, so the variance analysis method is more accurate than the mean range method evaluation. Introduce the SPSS soft ware and R soft ware to do the fit test about the statistical model of analysis of variance, to meet the residual normality, thus ensuring the validity of the measurement data analysis.Minitab software effectively combine the instance data in the production were analyzed, for the measurement of the linear system and evaluation of one gross error, we give specific suggestions for improvement.
