ERP-based HuaYuan Company's Cost Control

Cost is a vital index to measure a company's competitiveness. Detracting cost is a problem that all corporations pay much attention on. Iinformation feedback not in time, bad ability to change, overstock of product and raw material, all these problems make it hard for traditional making corporations to control cost. This paper connects with the actual conditions of Yangzhou Hua Yuan company, analyzes it's cost control actuality, comes into the existing problems and the reasons. Meanwhile, according to the conditions of deploying ERP, this paper gives the scheme designing and some countermeasure advices which aims for cost control.Part one Related theory overview and analysis research.Analyze the actuality of cost control theory research and application both at home and abroad, especially study the standard building method and ERP's effect on cost control, support the paper's theory.Part two The actuality of Hua Yuan's cost control, existing problems and analysis of the reason.By the fact that cost composing analysis to Hua Yuan company grey cloth, raw material purchases , stock , the collar use analysis as well as other cost analysis, finds out that Hua Yuan company has some problems of cost control and their reasons , analyzes for the Hua Yuan company's necessity of putting the ERP cost controls into practice and provides a basis of countermeasure suggests to Hua Yuan's cost control.Part three Scheme designing of Hua Yuan implementing cost control under ERP .Apply the ERP environment controls theory and method and combine Hua Yuan reality , analyze the necessity of putting ERP into practice, choose a ERP type, data preparation before implementing ERP.Part four The countermeasure of cost control under ERP in Yangzhou Hua Yuan company .Owing to the research of several front chapters and sections content, aimed at Hua Yuan company reality, give a countermeasure to plan in advance, control in the process, Ex-post analysis of cost under ERP environment.
