In order to build harmonious society of China, recycling and disassembly end-of-life vehicles, as an important part of circular economy system, has attracted more and more attentions of the government and society. In this paper, recycling and disassembly mode of end-of-life vehicles is systematically studied. Firstly, the merits of recycling end-of-life vehicles abroad are learned by comparing and analyzing the development and operation mode of the recycling system of end-of-life vehicles between in and abroad. Aiming for the problems existed in the recycling end-of-life vehicles industry in China, a recycling management mode characterized by"dispersedly recycling, professional disassembling, concentrated crushing and integrated management"is proposed, and the practice measures and technical program assorted with the managing mode of recycling end-of-life vehicles are also described. Secondly, the legislations of automobile products abroad and the evolution course of our technique policies are studied. Comparing the current policy between our country and other advanced countries, the striving aim is pointed out. Thirdly, the automobile products'recycling assessing system has been built up qualitatively and quantitatively from economic, technical and environmental aspects. By establishing reticular model and using optimized disassembling method, an assessment program of the end-of-life vehicles disassembling is proposed. Finally, based on the research of automobile products recycling mode, the application software which can provide an assessment tool for the recycling and disassembly of automobile products has been primarily developed.
