With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership,the number of end-of-life cars is also showing a trend of continuous growth.and the recycling of end-of-life vehicles have received more and more attention.This not only concerns social environmental issues,but also promotes the booming of the remanufacturing industry.However,China's existing recycling policy and transportation network are still not perfect,and the recycling of end-of-life vehicles is in the initial stage of growth.In recent years,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the government has paid more attention to the recycling of end-of-life vehicles.Based on the existing status of recycling of end-of-life vehicles,this paper first systematically analyzes the influencing factors of end-of-life vehicles from the perspective of dynamics,through a comprehensive consideration of the seven influence factors: GDP,urban residents' income,vehicle production,automobile sales,car ownership,highway cargo turnover,and passenger turnover,a multivariate linear regression model is proposed for forecasting the amount of end-of-life vehicles.Secondly,a selection logit model of the selection behavior of the owners is proposed considering the recycling price and the distance.And then,based on the recovery cost and the transportation cost,an integer programming model with the goal of minimum total system cost is established.When the recycling prices of recycling companies are changed,the recycling volume of recycling companies will be changed,and the change in recycling volume has an impact on the recycling path.By reconciling the relationship between this two,an optimized model with the lowest total system recycling cost is obtained.Then,the model is solved by an improved genetic algorithm.Finally,taking the example of the Volkswagen FAW engine remanufacturing enterprise recycling the engine in Liaoning Province,this paper optimizes the existing recovery point as well as the recovery path under various conditions of establishing the comprehensive dismantling point,and gets a better optimization plan under different stages of development.By changing the pricing strategy of Dalian and Wafangdian recycling points,and taking into account the increased cost of recycling and the transportation cost saved by the route,a better optimization plan under different conditions such as establishing a dismantling point and not creating a dismantling point is obtained.
