The Material Flow Analysis Of Environment Economic System In Anhui Province

Since industrial revolution, human ability of extracting, processing and utilizing natural resources improves because of technological advancement. The exchange of material and energy between economic system and eco-environment system expands rapidly, which brings serious burden on natural environment and huge impact. Human have been aware of the evil consequence caused by destroying environment and beginned to rethink complex relation between economic behavior and natural ecological, and gradually realized the essential source of incisive conflict is current material production and consumption model, so people started to research the sustainable development. In the interactional research of economic system and eco-environment system, the research direction of material flow anlysis (MFA) and its indexes was gradually formed. It shows that the regional MFA has profound significance to decrease resource consumption and improve the situation of serious pollution of the environment and break through the restriction of resource and environment in regional of economic fast development.The paper firstly introduces the theory background and history and indexes of MFA and the method of compiling material flow accounts.Then, taking Anhui province as research object, the paper has initially compiled and calculated 6 main material using accounts (total material requirement account, direct material input account, material consumption account, hide flow account, domestic production process output account, physical trade balance account) of Anhui province economical system which including the material input, the consumption, the output and the trade class in this account from 1990 to 2005.Then, combining the indexes of MFA with the indexes national economy development which are GDP and the population, the paper calculates a series of indexes of environment pressure, describing the Anhui province social economy system resources efficiency from the macroscopic angle to adjust the Anhui province economical industry layout, impeling Anhui province economy realizing ecology reforming, providing the theory reference and the policy-making basis for the Anhui province sustainable development goals hypothesis. Simultaneously the paper also further analyzes environment pressure and the dematerialization of Anhui province, and draw the outline of Anhui province environment Kuznets curve to analyze between the environment pressure and the level of the living.At last combining with the practical circs, the paper put forward the outlook of coordinal development of local environmental economy, point out some disadvantages of the method of MFA in the application, and provide reference for forth study in the ain of MFA.
